Doesn't matter about the screenshot, but I envisioned the betting market being based on what people said about their horses, ideal trip, races won in game, races won in KIT (if raced there) etc.

Will be interesting to see which way the market goes from the initial prices above.
My guess is that the ones at the head of the market will still be backed.

Thanks Ghost. Just like a trainer's interview will be great.

Re: Exhibition race 2. Cross Country Chase at Cheltenham. 3m
I'll start us off:
Captain Off: 6yo mare. Has won from 2m4f-3m5f, including World Hurdle as a novice, Gold Cup as a novice, French Gold Cup (the one in May, I forget the name). She's a hold up horse who can get outpaced early, so I'd worry about her getting left behind. Never fallen and jumps well, but this trip could be a bit far in this class.
Australia: 6yo mare. Very much the second string, has been a great horse and won 1000 Guineas, Irish 1000 Guineas and Coronation Stakes on the flat. Also Champion Hurdle as a novice, Champion Chase as a novice, Tingle Creek, Ryanair Chase, King George, Lexus Chase. Plus Tingle Creek, King George, Champion Chase and Ryanair Chase in the same season. Unbeaten over jumps, but the trip will be too far, but she can occasionally beat Captain Off in Gold Cup distance races in the CK.
Time to watch the odds drift!

Re: Exhibition race 2. Cross Country Chase at Cheltenham. 3m
Monmouthshire - Only run on the Flat winning group races over 2miles winner of the Dubai Gold Cup but is by Grand National Winner so staying is no problem and won the Trial Easily and jumping well.
Filun - Paddy Power Cork National, Welsh and Grand National Winner who can sometimes put down so jumping can be a problem Gamebred who fell in trial and not one to trust but gets in hoping Jumping Holds up.

I'll hedge my bets (and probably make your horses lose along with my points)!
25 ew on Monmouthshire and Rosemoss
