Surely having both try and look at it is much better than just Dave? I don't see your point at all there. Speaking to both about fixing it is definitely better than just speaking to one.

I can understand the frustration chaps, believe me I wish it wasn't the case.
Do stick around for the league, the new schedule will cater for all horse abilities and make the game itself much more enjoyable.

2 x 0 still = nothing.
A new programmer is required that CAN spare the time.
Players have already said they know someone who can do it.
Hope you understand now.

Words are cheap. Actions are not.
It will be done, it's a bigger change than expected as it has presented challenges with the display and functionality of TOM having the extra races per week and the shorter season. These were unforeseen by me, not being a programming expert, but I don't have an issue with waiting a little longer to make it work for everyone.
If every time I give an update it descends into the same flawed arguments then you wonder why I don't give more?

The League was good last year, I dont see why the schedule had to be changed so drastically. If it aint broke, dont fix it.
We had the Dubai meeting, The Guineas, The Derby, The King George, The Arc and the Breeders Cup. What was it exactly that had to be changed that means we cant use Tom.

To have more handicaps and lower grade races I think to cater for us mere mortals haha

Why don't you use last years schedules for the rest of SO4 and then change them to the new ones for SO5.

I'm not frustrated at waiting at all, I've only just started breeding properly! I possibly shouldn't comment but my problem is the children who seemingly want an argument every week. Internet rage is so last decade

I'd rather have these teething problems at the end of SO4 than at the beginning of SO5.
I agree that there was nothing wrong with the previous schedule but the season is a bit too long given how quickly breeding lines move on and it does need sharpening up.

I will really appreciate lesser races and that will also attract new players as otherwise you're going to be put off if you dont have a chance of winning any races at all.
For the good of everyone

The new flat schedule was designed with new players very much in mind. All players will have a good chance of winning at least one race.

Is it not possible to restore last seasons TOM from a backup and go with that for this season? This way Dave has a few more months to get the new TOM sorted out.

Rich, why not revert to the old schedule with a few more tweaks to the schedule. I know its 17 weeks long but prehaps have a mid season break of 4 or 5 weeks.
This way we can still get another season of SO4 in for the next schedule since SO5 won't be available till mid 2012 for league purposes.
I am happy to wait for the new schedule but just offering some alternative suggestions.
