Post SOPL Season 9 TOM Registration now open
Registration for season 9 is now open. As there are many changes such as selecting a primary stable, uploading silks and linking to your old trainer details everybody will need to register all of their details (except Colm). You only need to register once to compete in all leagues. For an explanation of all the fields you need to fill in and for other details like entering races and uploading horses go here http://www.fuller-computing.com.au/tom/tombasics.pdf

To register go to this link: http://www.fuller-computing.com.au/tom/register.php

This stage nominations for week 1 will likely close midnight saturday 16th August. Thats roughly 4 weeks away. There are 3 leagues, the UKRA, the USRA and the NHC which will all run concurrently. Roughly 60 races per week

Schedules in TOM are roughly what you can expect although all three are still being tweaked.

There is likely to be a DD (donate and draft) roughly one or two weeks before the season start so keep an eye out for that as well.

Horse uploads have not been activated as there is still 4 weeks left. I will activate them roughly 2 weeks before week 1 closes. (Around start of August). D&D uploads however are active and if you have any horses you would like to run in D&D races then feel free to donate them.

Wow! I can see why Jim Cougar wants TOM for the Greyhound league! TOM is an elegant piece of programming.

Kudos to all who worked on it!

My stable is registered now and I can't wait to get thumped each week!

Thanks Beau. First effort at making a PHP/MySQL website. Never programmed in either 6 weeks ago but was familiar with most of the syntax from other languages. Been a fun learning experience but have taken a lot of time from my own stable development.

This season should be interesting. I have spent a heap of time on TOM instead of a stable, Padraig is moving house so his time is limited and JV is focusing on the NH side of things so the three dominant forces of the last 5 seasons are all behind the eight ball. Could be the most competitive season yet.

Shaka, you can race in all three leagues. However one league will have a full stable of 25 and the other 2 will have stables of 12. Your NH stable will have 25 runners and you UK and US stables 12 runners each

phoenix_racing You can reset your horses handicap marks in the racebuilder by clicking on the horses rating and typing 989 this will reset all horses handicap marks. For league purposes all horses are allocated handicap marks after thier first run.
