Re: Horse of the Year nominations
Ok I would pick one of Johns stayers but he has 4 Unbeaten 2m plus stayers and I think all 4 would be unbeaten but my first choice and I know this is won't be back next season has a 3yo because the turn over in the stable means the trainer will have better 3year olds already is
Noble Endeavour Paul Rhodes I think he would be unbeaten if it did not a stumble on debut and has won its last 4 and won the breeders Cup Juvenile it was close between him and Za Approval of Johns but I think a wider range of trainers horses being Nominated the better.
For NH I would Nominate Present Abbey John Morgan because I think this horse Would be able to Carry the weight in a national and was disappointed John didn't run it but its unbeaten won the Paul Moore's Grade 1 at Cheltenham.

Gray Gray I was thinking the same, if I could nominate one horse it would have been Present Abbey ( going in I though she could be the best chaser/jumper I've ever bred) She was 3-3 and yet she never had her ground to see how good she was and yet won them by 7L - over 5L - over 4L. I was going to run her in the national but it would have spoiled the race and turned it into a Group race, if she had 150 she would have run but 160 is to high for any horse. Hopefully she will come back for next season if she doesn't fall of a cliff. I'd nominate Pauls Noble Endeavour for the flat but I would give a honourable mention to Steve's horse Chipmunk because it's a old 4yo and ran well in every race and against the 3yo's and that takes some doing plus the horse improved from 3 to 4.

Would you be able to link videos to your nominations? As a newcomer I'd like to see how the horses ran, and it might even stoke my interest in the league for the future!

Re: Horse of the Year nominations
HAVE ADDED NOMINATIONS AND VIDEO OF EACH HORSE IN OPENING POST
Lochsong - John Morgan Undoubtedly the champion sprinter of this season winning all 6 of her starts winning all 3 of the 5 furlong Group One Races King Stand Nunthorpe & Prix L'abbaye a lovely horse
Case Closed - James Shea Nominated simply for her Grand National win, for a 5 year old to achieve this its more that exceptional and has changed the way many will breed future national horses this horse is a game changer.
