A great performance for a 70 rated horse. I always trial a 3yo at the Derby conditions just so I can have a Derby horse on my team. If given the same perfect setup in the Preakness you'd think she have a great shot but alas the final furlong always breaks my heart. nice going my friend

Re: Weekly Reaction
4 Winners today 1 on the flat 3 over the sticks
Queen Of Juventus After an awful first 2 runs of her career QOJ has now won 2 in a row and has now won a G1. She looked dead and buried coming to 3 out but came alive in the final furlong and a half to win the lockinge stakes nicely. Queen Anne next.
Oh Ruby Made it 3 out of 4 never out of the top 2 in his career another who virtually made all and held on. Looks a major contender for the triumph hurdle. Invictus Maxamus My number one bumper horse makes it 3 wins in a row and is now a G1 winner over hurdles taking the Royal Bond he looks far superior to my no1 Novice Hurdler Shallamar.
Traditionalist Makes it 3 on the bounce and has now become a G1 winner taking the Hatton Grace did it the hard way making all looks a tough nut to crack. Aintree Hurdle is main target.
Many thanks for the kind birthday wishes yesterday much appreciated. Huge thanks to the team appreciate the hard work and effort you all put in Many Thanks to the commentators well done to the winners and placers

Three wins on the day, 2 over the sticks and one on the flat. More racekit woe, misery and headscratching moments. Not much to shout about on the final day from the cards only one or two with good chances. Feel the crown slipping away

Re: Weekly Reaction
A very good day with a 1-2 in the Musidora, once again my 1m2 horses proving to be competitive. As stated previously, if they challenge early they are always there about. I went back to look at what might be the issue with my horses, an I'm pretty sure I have the lazy trait in all them. As I was trying to rush through, I only concentrated on the main bars, I ignored enthusiasm, an I think this massively effects the consistency of my horses. Ah well, you live an learn, over the moon with this performance.

Re: Weekly Reaction
Well a week of extremes. Kicked off with 3 wins in 2 days, was happy. But then... 2x8th 2x10th 2x11th 1x12th 1x17th and the highlight 1x22nd Loads of outside draws but WOW! Shakes my head in frustration.

Re: Weekly Reaction
Picked up my second win for the season with one of my Melb Cup aimed horses in a 2 mile handicap and had a few close finishes in the Hunter Chases. So I'm happy enough.

Re: Weekly Reaction
3 Winners on the final day of the week for me 2 big ones on the flat and 1 over the sticks.
Big Tom Brady 7th behind stable mate Vice Lombardi in the English version there was never much between my 2 in the trials and both now classic winners both will run in the St James Palace Stakes.
Commander Data 11th in a Maiden on debut now a G1 winner after taking the BMW he was carrying a very low weight and will have to improves acres to make the picture in next weeks Epsom Derby.
Dave Brialsford Off the mark at the 3rd attempt and is back on course for the Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham.
Huge thanks to the team appreciate the hard work and effort you all put in Many Thanks to the commentators well done to the winners and placers

Re: Weekly Reaction
A three win week for me. It's been a while since I've had a multi win week. If you take some time with your entries and do some quick trials at the exact conditions of the races you may be targeting you will get more wins at years end than if you just enter your horses and hope for the best. You will have horses who do nothing in your trials and horses who excel at the conditions of the race you've set up. Two of my wins this week were from horses who trialed extremely well. I don't think much of those two to start with. Some good racing this week. See you next.

Re: Weekly Reaction
2 flat wins and 3xNH this week.
Pine Barrens Pine Barrens again, seems he could be my first superstar horse, after winning the maiden and listed race now he won the G2 Qipco Yorkshire Cup over 1m6f, never had 3 wins in a row with the same horse.
Call Me At Midnight After her maiden win on same ground I had high hopes but this performance in the 6f G1 Golden Slipper was very special, coming from behind with so much speed to win easily with 1 3/4 L and win the Golden Slipper the 2nd time after last years win with Powerful Beauty.
Deep Red Eyes Finally won his 1st race with a 2m G2 Hcp Hurdle, after 4x 2nd it was wll earned.
Visionista Winner of the United House G3 Hcp Chase with 5 1/4 L, ground and weight was in her favour.
Sandokan A win you don't really want when going for the Grand National, his 3rd Hcp Chase win but first time over 4m3f, not sure he will run again until the GN.
Congrats all winners and placers!! Thanks to the team and see u next week.

Pine Barrens is an awesome horse Poor Avalanche has run 2nd to it 3 times. Guess who it will be avoiding from now on.
