I'm confused. Is this a novice race or an open? I am showing Black Dog is eligible to run Race 31. My options seem to be Race 31 or Race 8, but I don't want to enter the Group 2 if I don't have to.

Can I run Race 31 as a non-novice?

I was struggling to find races for my 24f Novice Hurdlers, there was one race in week 1 but none in week 2.

There were 3 x 24f Novice Chases in week1 and another one in week 2. Seems to favour Novice Chasers over Novice Hurdlers in first 2 weeks.

Handicaps start in week 3 so thought I was going to have an unraced horse and would probably have to retire him after week 5 or stick him in a group race in week 6.
