This Season the flat has some big changes i will try and point them out Extra races have been added at least 3 0-70 handicaps each week mostly 4 per week. New Australian Calendar Autumn Carnival runs over Weeks 2 to Week 7 None in Royal Ascot Week 6 The Spring Carnival are all in Week 13 including the The Everest the biggest Race in Money a 6f Group 1 this will have a Min Rating so only top horses can enter Min Rating is Set at 100 and 2 entries are allowed per Trainer. On the same day are two other Group 1 6f Races The Manikato Stakes with a Min Rating of 90 and Max Rating of 120 with 1 entry and the VRC Sprint Classic with no min rating but a max rating of 100. This is to try and cater for all levels and to give a Group race to the mid table trainers also by having some Min Ratings in some big races can guide some trainers to the right races and with the option of having 2 entries in some races which i have opened up quite a few the far right Column shows which races allow 2 entries most Changes begin after Ascot for Min Ratings. Dubai is now in Week 1 we will see how it goes any problems we can put it back to week 2 the following season Hopefully the trainers who might struggle will keep to the Maidens i will have a Field Limit set at Dubai but a disccusion will have to take place to have a set Limit and maybe only the Top 20 Trainers from last Season get Priority.
