The next online league will not start until November so you have time, no panic. Your team can be up to 30nh horses and 20 flat horses and you will want a range at all ages. The best way to determine which horse is best at what and when is by trialling. Check out the online league section of the forum for tips there is a stack of information already posted pretty much everything you need to know. But ask questions as you go. Just short on time right now.

Exporting and pooling are two different processes it is the later you need to understand to bring a horse from one game into another.

Just find an image you like and upload it, that can be done when creating your stable on the TOM. The TOM is the website where you manage your online league team and what you need the export files for.

Have a look at the pictures of league trainers horses, if your new you will have work to do and should have measured expectations.

Yep. That will be the tom, and don't ask because I have no idea why it is referred to as the tom. :)

Basically the online game is run by volunteers. There is a race schedule that represents much of the UK and Irish calendar flat and jumps and has a sprinkling of the top races from around the world. This years schedule will feature more from Australia as I understand it. It runs for 13 weeks and there are around 30 races each week over each code jump and flat catering for all grade of horses. Prior to the league start cut off you need your silks and stable created and to have uploaded your horses. You then enter them in races via the tom for each race week.

Behind the scenes the league commissioner then takes the entered horses from the tom and passes the files to the race runners who then run and record the races on a version of the trial game called the race kit. These recorded races along with data files for the race and horses are passed back and the recordings are then sent to the final group of volunteers the commentary team who then add the comms to the race videos. The finished product is then put on YouTube for everyone else.

Pretty much how the league works. You can find examples of last years/seasons races here in this forum.

TOM (Trainers Office Manager) was the original name of the league web site.
