Hi Gray Are Novices allowed to run in this race. If so, I would like to enter Sunshine Bridge Girl in the race. It's strange that she seems to be eligible for some other open h'cap races but not this G3 h'cap. Jim |

I don't think novices are eligible to run in graded handicaps. |
