Post subject:  Week 3 Problems
On some races I am getting "Internal Server Error" and I cannot enter a lot of the races for the flats. I was able to enter 3 races but not others.

These would be the races that I cannot enter...

Race 3 | Kempton Racecourse Handicap - Riva Prince (7f)
Race 5 | Qipco 1,000 Guineas - Emberlane (1m)
Race 7 | Tweenhills Pretty Polly Stakes - Nitze (1m2f)
Race 16 | Pearl Palace House Stakes - Diabolica (5f)
Race 15 | Qipco 2,000 Guineas - Octonimbus (1m)
Race 22 | Battersea Dogs & Cats Pavilion Stakes - Magnetide (6f)
Race 26 | Coolmore Vintage Crop Stakes - Jennalee - (1m7f)
Race 29 | Whitsbury Manor Lansdown Stakes - Dusksong (5f)
Race 31 | Yum Brands Kentucky Derby - Kodonia (1m2f)

This seems very strange. The site logs you out after a period which may cause the internal server error. Could you maybe log in and try again. Else these will have to be entered manually, although the data on TOM is not linked to the actual horse files at all and these horses look fine in database

Just tried entering races again after login and still the same message "Internal Server Error". Still cannot enter those horses listed above.

If the files are corrupt I can re-upload or send by email.

If the problem persists then I'll abandon my flat stable and focus on the NH side. I wouldn't want someone manually entering my horses every week. That is a lot of work.

There are back up uncorrupted files which will be used to replace the corrupt files. This is another issue, will have a look at these entries for you

I'm getting Internal Server Error every single race, not able to enter anything. Every race also says no eligible horses

ok its a problem with your session as logs show the the internal server error is because there is no trainer name. The horse is fine but your trainer data is not, which means not logged in or something similar.

I have entered Riva Prince you will need to get Gray to manually enter the horses if you can't enter the horses yourself as don't have time to look at session errors right now and can't replicate this with my entries

Just tried again to log/enter horses and it's still kinda quirky. I was testing by removing my 7f horse from a handicap race. I could not re-enter that handicap race but I was able to place him in the 2000 Guineas as a 2nd entry.

So I couldn't re-enter a race but the double entry works fine. It's not ideal for him because he prefers 7f but this way I won't be in the handicaps.
