Why are these applied to the cream of flat racing, but only put on handicaps for the NH? |

What about doubling up the big 4 at chelts this year. |

Not this year Josh I will have to look at adjusting other races at the Meeting downgrading Handicap Races and that means doing it on Tom its ok to adjust one of two races but the whole week will have to be Looked at and its better on excel than on Tom to make a lot of changes not one or two. |
