Re: The Final SO6 Season TRIALS/EXHIBITION RACE DAY
Just watched the flat trials so far and blown away by how mine performed
6 winners 4 2nds and a 3rd
my horses seem to be less frontrunners now and more even pace horses that have a strong finish already looking forward to next season
A HUGE thanks to everyone who put this together was amazing

Re: The Final SO6 Season TRIALS/EXHIBITION RACE DAY
alot of positives on the jumps side 2 winners 3 2nds 4 3rds and 1 unknown result - 1 of the trials appears to be missing so plenty to work with next season I have deleted SO6 so these were my best horses and everyone who ran in the trials will run in the league

Glad you all are enjoying it ..
OK missing race, Martin calls the title of one race wrong at the beginning of the comm but it is the correct race & com by the title.
Check the playlist as all 15 for both Flat & Hunt are there.
Sorry if not in the main page, its not as easy as you imagine uploading to the tube lol, now I know why Gray's so slow hahahahaha....
I was surprised with a few of mine just behind the leading trainers on a couple of the flat and a win over the hunt I certainly cant complain, but thats always a lottery anyhow.

Re: The Final SO6 Season TRIALS/EXHIBITION RACE DAY
Great work from all involved. Really wets the appetite.
Form wise looks like normal service resumes for me, the flat team, many of whom were on show, look to be about where they were last season, almost but not quite good enough. Only The Gunslinger has enforced his credentials, with a fine win. Too late now also as I have just about finished my last trial.
On the hunt, the results were sort of what I expected, and the few closest to a league spot, really fine margins here, all picked up wins. There maybe a final round of match races for The Coven, The Stage is Set and Eights the Fences. My 2.4m chasers look the most exposed, though the top three who I held back, are some way clear of those on show. Pray for your King was the biggest surprise and may also merit a re-trial and if that form is to be believed then ‘Pray for the Queen’, his mum, will be a handful in the league. Jump stable will need to do the heavy lifting again though.
Paul’s general showing has to put him favourite, great first win for Tam, many more to come I think, and pretty impressive show from Mr Thompson. Finally anyone notice that stu bloke throwing down the gauntlet for the commentators cup......

If you put down your personal quests and just picked and entered a team to win, we’d all be looking up John

I'd rather have fun breeding and lose and get into that grind and go all out and I've never wanted to get involved in trying to win the flat-jumps table so I never felt the need to keep banging in the time, when u going for trophies u need to keep improving them. Lets hope we have some quality racing in this last SO6 season because I do wonder where this new game will take us , im not sure the league will ever be better than it was for SO6.

Agree actually its a scary thought what future league will look like or even will it happen at all

Why I am keeping my games and more importantly files on hand, for the inevitable point someone suggests another league on so6.

I suggest the League continue running on SO6 at least until SO7 becomes a viable and stable alternative. There, i said it! I certainly am keeping all my files.

I'm not deleting my game either, as soon as SO6 came out I deleted all my files and even the game and after awhile I was mad with myself.

Agree actually its a scary thought what future league will look like or even will it happen at all The game has changed, my older horses potential went up by more than 10 percent but now the new horses potential has gone down by more than 10 percent. Whatever system Mark picks he should stick with it and use it when it comes out of Beta and even if it means a total restart then we all know where we stand. I think it should go back the way it was in early SO5 where u probably could only get 85 percent potential at 3, Mark changed the game half way through and then they could get 100 perecent potential.

Re: The Final SO6 Season TRIALS/EXHIBITION RACE DAY
Think the new way of breeding came in to make gameplay tougher but I heard Mark mention that it would give casual players a chance in the league if anything the new way of things will make it even tougher a heck of a lot more tougher for casual players to find a gem
deleted SO6 but kept my ttf's so should there be one more i can reinstall

Re: The Final SO6 Season TRIALS/EXHIBITION RACE DAY
Total disaster for me. I seem to have taken a huge step back. Might not even be able to compete with Doug and Stu on this showing. Too busy to do any more breeding/playing so I may well just be returning horses from the last 3 seasons as the new ones don't seem up to it.
