 Returning Horses All,
If you have a returning horse from a previous season who is a winner, they are ineligible for any maidens. If you have entered one, make sure you remove it. Otherwise, I will have to ballot it from the races.

Yes. Winners of the D&D can run in league maidens. Think of the D&D races as a breeze up to a sale.
The only D&D horse that can't run in maidens is a horse that's returning from a previous season, that has been a winner in the league before.
TOM would manage the nominations and wouldn't allow you to select this horse for a maiden if it was a previous winner.
