How good are they when they reach 5. Do they reach 80 percent. When I bred last weekend u could get what their parents had. |

This is what a test period is for so please post exact details. I am presuming the potential bars are not matching a rough average of the parents? There will be the odd dud but mostly the offspring (in the league mode) should average out the parents potential ratings (at birth). Don't forget potential can change as the horse ages. New horses inherit the parents original potential and not current potential. It could have been (I forget) that there was a bug in SO6 with inherited potential. |

it seems breeding with homebred you never get over 50% potential ive just run through 3 seasons and got nothing but trash not even close to the parents potential they just don't improve either however gamebred stallions are far more predictable |

they don't improve ive only taken them to 5yo they seem to range from 20% to 50% max with the odd proper duffer its strange because the other bars are really bad too eg about half have less than 50% speed and acceleration and they're sprinters/milers |

Right now, so far, I'm not noticing a problem so I need to clarify what bar you are seeing an issue with. I noticed a typo that may have been causing confusion on the stats screen regarding potential. The absolute potential is the dark green bar. The realized potential is the (shorter) lighter bar. The description on the detailed stats screen lists this the other way around. So I am presuming we are talking about the absolute potential of offspring not matching the absolute potential of the parents (at the same age)? All the time or a small percentage? |

yes the absolute(dark green) is the problem and its every single horse ive bred where the stallion has been a homebred |

So the dark green bar is ok on birth but does not progress as the parents bar did? Is this the problem or is the level at birth the problem? Right now I can't see an issue so need to know exactly what people are objecting to. |

Is it intention that the start and jump bars are missing from the horse stats we can see, this is on a UK combined game, league mode. |

Myabe some other game settings are a factor here. |
