(hopefully you can see the stats)

i was wondering if i could get help with this horse.
With improving her stats
when your trialing, what horses do you tend to do as trailing is new to me, so could i get a bit advice like, buying horses from the auction and trailing them with that horse?

Agree.

Personally I would not trial right now, you can still export horses you like. Instead work on your lines, you want around 80% potential minimum.

For flat the method is easy, breed as much as you can with gamebreds in stud, buy the cheap breeding mares to support this and add to your finances, you can pick them up for a few thousand breed them and sell the bad foals at 2yo for profit. But breed the better ones with the best stud stations you have available.

Visit auctions, especially those at the start of the season, buy everything if you can, so you will need a lot of cash. Rinse as repeat. Be surprised if your not in the 80 bracket after a season or so. I find 80’s almost every year. (70 at 2yo give or take) in time you will find something magic.

Buy yearlings too all of them you see if you can afford it don’t sell them at 1yo even if they are bad, you get more cash at 2yo, don’t race them either if you plan to sell.

If you have space in your league team whack him in.

any thoughts on this lad please

should i trail both of them and see which one is better?

ive been playing since 2017 S06 but never got the hang of this breeding system.

or should i just put him in my league team?

If you have something to trial against then trial, if you don’t and you have space then why not. I would say the lack of acceleration would concern me. Breed him with something that has some and hope the best bits of each stick. That’s pretty much the essence of all breeding.
