Post Backup Export File
just looking to change my backup into the main one, as for the 5th time in as many weeks I've lost everything, this time it took my backed uo folder with it somehow. An I forgot what I need to change the backup file name to.

Its currently just showing as my e-mail address but I'm sure it was meant to have .bak at the end. It doesn't have that, but the file is 17'000KB an does say BAK in file type.

Anyway my question is what do I need to name this for it to take hold please? I forgot from the last one as I usually just copy and paste my old backup saves in.

To add to this, it seems to have changed a lot of my files in the saves folder, including my backup HDB to being Internet explorer files. Anyone ever had this?

I do too, had a mare this time though. It seemed to not only wipe the actual saves files, but iut wiped my backup folder too which I've never seen before. I tend to back it up 4 times in a season, start, end, before exports, and after I've sorted all the trials and put them in their folders. I think I still had both folders open and the files highlighted and it deleted both folders. It was really bizarre

Three rolling backups on a usb, another on my laptop and another in a separate file on my PC. Only once on so6 have I ever had anything vanish but pays to be prepared. :)

Having said this never happens to me, it has now happen twice in quick succession, costing me some 2yo's on the second go around.

On both occasions I got an error when trying to export in game, then an error message in my saves folder. The message said there was an issue with my license. I am now making file copies after each export round in addition to my usual backups.
