Post Resetting Horses Before League
Hi

I keep reading about resetting horses form and rating before uploading them when the league starts.

I can change the rating easy enough but cant seem to change the form of the horse.

Anyone got any advice on how to do this, just in case i am doing something wrong.

Thanks

click on the first rating like you're doing and

Type 989 - Resets handicap and race form back to blank

Type 951 - Resets form to blank and handicap to 51

Hi,

thanks for the reply.

That is exactly what i was doing, but it only resets the handicap and not the form.

Ill try again to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks

Just tried again, but it is changing nothing.

I got the handicap rating to 51 on each horse. It is only the form i cannot reset.

Dont matter too much i guess so longs as i dont enter them in maidens..lol :)

Are you using the latest patch, as this was an issue previously, but I'm sure Mark tackled it.

If we reset a horse using these codes does it effect the horse? For example when a horse hasn't run before sometimes it performs badly and the jockey states 'ran green should improve on this', so if we clear our horses of handicap and race history can they be effected in this way?

No, it won't affect stats or horses ability in anyway. In all the seasons that we've played in the league, I don't recall seeing any messages about running green.

Thought I would add on here instead of creating a new thread.

registered for the online league and have saved a few horses from my stable but 2 questions.

1.When do I reset the horse. Can I do this while the horse has been exported?.

2.How do I upload horses for the league.

Many thanks Scott.

I have just uploaded new horses without first resetting their handicap mark. What now ? Is this a massive problem ? I have already entered some into week one races.

I will delete the horses. TOM is not ready yet for the season, and we are still making some slight adjustments and testing.

Please, nobody upload or enter horses until I post on the forums in the coming days.

Thank you.
