Post US Races Week 1
Colm is otherwise engaged and so here is a link to the US races for Week 1

http://gallopracerseries.yuku.com/topic/20094

For those unfamiliar with what to do, all files go into exports > leagueraces and then go to View Race in CK and watch away.

Something needs to be done about this game.

First I can't watch the US replays, and now I can't watch the NH replays as when clicking the race builder my software just shuts down.

I've had nothing but problems since the latest patch has been installed and my patience is beginning to wane.

I installed the latest patch, downloaded the NHC replays and settled down to watch my beasts, well not one of em jumped and i only had one faller, in fact none of the horses jumped in any of the races they were just running through the fences/hurdles, your right Duke, something needs to be done.

Just watched the NH races and was shocked to see horses galloping through fences, one race had horses on the rail jumping and horses middle of track blazing straight through them, bit odd as well that the horses running straight through didnt gain ground on the horses jumping! No horses entered in NH but im sure this will be sorted better to happen in maidens so it can be sorted rather than the big races.

The races themselves actually run fine, it's a problem with viewing them in some peoples games. Not sure what it is yet that causes it but I'll have a play around to see if I can locate the issue. The first time I watched the NH races, they all ran fine but when I went back, they started to run through the fences. It did a similar thing with the flat replays where sometimes horses were running through each other. I think it's a conflict of data but not sure where or why yet.

I'm not having any problems with the races whatsoever and I've run them several times now. It might be a good idea if people start posting their settings and state whether they're using mods or not in order to attempt to find a consistency. For the record I'm not using any mods, am on the latest patch, and below are my selected game options:

Enable Audio Commentary
Enable Shadows
Backup Last Save
Display Race Sequence Particles
Arcade Jockey Control Mode
Enable Zoom
Display Weights as Stones/lbs

No other options are selected. I don't know if this will help but it can't hurt to try.

Ok, I have freshly installed the game. No mods data or gfx, I have tested with windowed, fullscreen, widescreen, zoom on and off, v-sync enabled and disabled, particles enable and disabled, same for shadows, minimum and full fat options, and still no consistency. Sometimes they display correctly, sometimes they don't. I've tried XP, Vista and Win7, reducing and increasing the resolution, I am getting 60 FPS no problem but still no change.
I even get errors at the end of some races asking me to turn off zoom and switch to windowed mode when I already have zoom off and windowed enabled.
I have added gfx mods, edited schedules and edited names one by one with no joy.

The problem seems to be random as I even get some races displayed correctly and others not while testing on one specific set up.

When I try to play downloaded league races, my game just crashes to desktop. Any ideas how to fix it. I would be so grateful.
