Post Handicap Sponsoring
Due to the high number of handicaps, there is an opportunity for players to sponsor races.

Put your race title below and let me know what standard of handicap you want. I will consider the best ones to go into the schedule.

I think there should be a charge for the privilege.

40-70 Handicaps £20,000
50-80 Handicaps £40,000
60-90 Handicaps £60,000

70-100 Handicaps £80,000
80-110 Handicaps £100,000

Could you let me have your requests by the end of tomorrow. (Wed 30/3/2011)

Thanks

Steve

" HARMONY MARATHON HANDICAP "

Harmony was my first group1 winner in the league back in seasons gone by, when she won the Cadran.

Preference for any 2m+ Handicap, the longer the better. Grade is not important.

Thanks.

Fantastic idea Steve, is it too early to have the "Speedito Handicap" and or "Jeune Handicap" representing 1600 and 2400m handicap races respectively for 80-110? They will be racing nest season so is that a problem too? Just checking.

Mike,

How about 'WESTWOOD ANIMAL WELFARE' handicap.

'Donkey' brings the whole tone of the race down. :D

Steve, is it possible for me to sponsor a race series 8f and 10f races with the final being over 9f, I will put up 10 million in prize money for the series, I don't know if your schedule its geared towards this or not.

I will also put up 10 million for any other series that your schedule will be able to accommodate, I will give you 50 million to play with.

Also I would like to sponsor handicaps on the the day of the classics, for example having races like the Derby Handicap, 2000 Guineas Handicap etc I put up 500,000 per races.

I will name the races once I know if this is possible and how many races etc

Cheers
Kenny

Hi Kenny,

I want to keep prize money consistent - especially handicaps.

By all means sponsor a series of races with a final, but prize money is pretty much set in stone.

I will have a look at the schedule this afternoon and come back to you, with a proposal.

Just a couple of races

2 80-110 handicaps for two of my mates who are no longer with us

James Llewellyn Memorial Handicap
Jamie Parsons Memorial Handicap

Would also like 2 smaller handicaps either 50-80/60-90 (if there is a lack then the higher rated handicaps will be fine!) Iron races named after my 2 best ever horses who finished 1st and 2nd in the Gold Cup

Johnny Corleone Iron Handicap
Kings Of Albion Marathon Handicap

Thanks mate!
