Post ****NEW FLAT SCHEDULE****
The new flat schedule is ready to view.

I still need to add quite a few names to the races, but the races themselves are complete.

It has been quite a long process and any changes could damage the schedule.

I am willing to add races to it if Rich agrees but I am very very very reluctant to change anything.

If you do have a request please be specific.

I would appreciate all additions or changes to come through myself.

Steve

Hi Steve,

Had a look at the schedule and it looks great a lot more races to contest for all, to be honest theres so much to look over week after week that i think playing a season would be the only way to really see if it needs any tweeks but im sure it wont be nothing major even if it did, good job mate!

Edit...........
Is Tom limited to how many track selections you can use?

Maybe a couple of handicap races thrown in at the likes of Windsor, salisbury etc the 60- 80`s maybe , but not if its going to cause to much trouble to do it mind.

2yo campaign will be very interesting with whats available over the longer distances earlier in the campaigns now, used to be a while before the bigger distances got going before.

Once the schedule is finished any chance it can be made available for download the way you have set it out Steve? Then i can print it off in colour and have an easier way of seeing all the handicap series the way you have done it. Would also make it easy to plan what horses are going where. :)

Happy to change the maidens but it might give too much of an advantage to horses who run on that going unless they were run on Good.

I have put in Folkestone later in the schedule for the low class races.

Will update over the weekend.

Just putting in the names of races at the moment.

Happy to go with general consensus with week two maidens.

What do people think?

Will make excel spreadsheet available once completely finished and people are happy with it.

I'm happy either way, season has always started on dirt though and turf races for specific distances might be discriminatory against the other distances

I like the DWC being at the end of the season. It is basically a championship event of the 3yo season anyway.

I think it probably best to keep first two weeks to dirt races.

Meydan comes too early too be any use for the league, last week is ideal.

Nice one Steve, will look to get that uploaded to TOM. Have been in touch with Colm and will hopefully speak to dodgy at some point to work out the best way of transcribing it.

Hold fire on this schedule for the moment.

Scatters has found some faults in races over extreme distances at certain tracks not be catered for. Will amend when John gives me a full list.

Steve

PS: Only the tracks need changing, the races will stay as they are.

That's no problem, once they are actually up on TOM course/distance etc. can be easily changed. Just going to be a bit of an effort getting into TOM format, Dave's been in touch and going to look at it this weekend.
