I have noticed that every now and then i get a horse in the CK who will win the race by a long way 4/5 furlongs, in a very unrealistic time, the other horses finishing 2 3 4 normally are around what there normal times should be. Not sure if this is a bit of a bug.

I can understand the delay, am having doubts myself now, whether this season is going to happen.
A start date would be good. Getting fed up of playing the game now, need a break from it.

I think we are waiting on the schedules to be uploaded into TOM and new rules coded into TOM
I think we are mostly waiting on the new rules to be coded into TOM tho so cant we get the schedules uploaded and then post all the new rules on forum then we could be ready to start?
we managed fine last season without some new rules coded into TOM

Same here, only happens in 10f + races for me, for example I will run 5 trials at ascot under the same conditions (12f,good,G1 for arguments sake) and 4/5 times one of the horses which should be winning, does win in a time of around 2.35.0-2.36.0 but all of a sudden on the 5th trial a 7f/1m horse will win by about 5-10 lengths in a time of about 2.33.0!!! It's the most ridiculous thing and I'm not sure it's because of a lack of a pacemaker or a bug or whatever!! I just ignore those results in trialing because 99/100 times that horse that wins the freak race will be pulled up in the other races at that distance!
