Post Newsletters Information
I have decided to write a four to six page newsletter for the league.

This will include two to three pages for each league. Depending on the time I have available.

The newsletter will mainly review the action from the previous weeks racing.

I usually take information from these forums to add depth to the stories.

Any quotes will be very useful. Feel free to post any information on this thread or e-mail me:

speight921 at bt internet dot com.

The newsletter will be published each week on Monday evening between 7pm and 9pm.
Changed see below.

If any player wants to do a preview of a race for the following weeks racing, I must have this by Sunday 11pm and will form part of any midweek supplement.

Please e-mail me with the preview - if you want it to go in. (Don't post it on the forums as it kind of spoils the surprise).

Note:
Obviously if you don't want it in the newsletter go ahead and post it on the forums.

The first newsletter will be available on Monday 29th August, and will be in PDF format.
New date: Saturday August 27th.

Steve

If you have any questions about the newsletter feel free to post.

Latest info:

Change of plan for delivery dates.

The newsletter will be a review only document and will be available for download on Saturday morning before twelve.
This is better as it completes the week for all players before we go again on Sunday with the races.

There may or may not be a mid week supplement dealing with the previews - depending on whether I receive any previews from players. The time to send any previews in is Sunday (all day). Monday will be too late.

If there is a preview supplement that week it will be available for download on Wednesday evening around 8pm.

This weeks newsletter has four pages - two flat review pages and two national hunt review pages.

I will be focusing on the winners but due to time I won't be able to fit all winners into the edition. I will keep a track of players write ups and try to even things out over the course of the season.

Looks good Steve, I will try to do a few previews if possible.

That would be great.

I can put them together but I just don't have the time to write them at the moment. Reviews and flat handicap ratings taking up the time.

Steve, good stuff and I want to contribute too but the barrier draws are not available typically untill Tue or Wed which makes the previews coming in too late! Can you clarify the latest the previews should be in by??

Thanks and Cheers

Hi John,

The previews need to be with me Monday at the latest preferably Sunday as they need to be published Wednesday night, and I do the handicap ratings Monday/Tuesday as well. The newsletter reviews I can do Thursday/Friday.

I know it isn't ideal but we might have to just forget about the draw aspect and just go with it. I will be rushing otherwise and I don't want to put myself under pressure.

Thanks

Steve

Padraig/John

If we had the bulk of the analysis done by Monday night/Tuesday morning I could probably fit in your final selection(s) at the last minute. Probably best to have a trial run with it and see what works and what doesn't.
