How do i get my silks on tom?

I have uploaded them a few times now with no luck.

here they are:

Hi Davey

First log on to Tom, then click on manage your silks, then click on browse, then go into where ever you have your silks saved. Click on silks you want used, click on open (if using XP, which I am) not sure how to do other operating systems, cant be much different I would have thought. Click on upload silks. and that should be that.

I think when I did mine, I had to do it a few times before it worked.

I thought that's how you did it but i have done that a few times now and nothing. I may try on another browser to see if i can get it to work thanks.
