Hi guys, just wondered if everything is ok with Rich, l had a couple of emails asking if l had spoke to him but l haven't to be honest. Hope everything is ok with him and can everyone hold fire with league and all players be patient just incase there has been an unforeseeable real life problem

First of all I hope Rich is OK.

It looks like week 4 could be delayed, I can manually put the races together but I would need any trainers with unraced horses to e-mail them to me, I'll wait and see if Rich comes back to me first.

I would have usually be sent races by now for commentaries and i havent been so that means either Rich is extremely busy or something has happened to him, and i hope its the former.

Sorry guys very shaky at the moment. Got a viral ear infection which has basically kept me stuck in bed for the whole week so far. Tried to get an email out but my phone is being rubbish.

Without seeing other communication I'm not sure how much we can get done this week. In theory it could probably be done without me but I have not explained fully how to do this.

My fault entirely, should have a backup but basically I'm never ill, certainly not to this degree. Better go now before I puke everywhere! Feeling much better anyway

Behave yourself. Its not your fault we dont have a backup, cant plan for everything. Get well soon mate
