Are we restricting horses as last season, to a 9 run campaign maximum ?

We are waiting for this seasons rule changes. Hopefully they will be clarified in the next couple of days.

There should be no rule on how many races a horse can run in.

With the added races in the NH, if there is a race rule the fields will be very small. SUre there is extra races in the UKRA as well.

This rule is not suitable for NH where big fields are desirable. If It is kept in place then it should only be for the flat.
