Id say you might have a few weeks to get a team together. Also Id keep simple training on, it saves a LOT of time especially when breeding horses for the league. Even if you enter 10 horses it will be an experience for you.

think i have a good colt/stallion for breeding has won 5 out of 5 all by a wide margin rated 133 should i retire him to stud now
