Post TOM 11 - Testing Delete option
Hi again

I've managed to get the last bits of the delete function ready for testing.

I've had to think about my reasons for being cautious. In the past, uncontrolled use of the delete function causes admins a real mess and also stuffs up the database IF horses that are deleted have been nominated in a race or have raced at any stage of the season.

I've therefore added in a number of levels of controls:
1. As with retirements, league admins can toggle the ability to delete horses on and off. I can't see any reason why the options should be available any time apart from when there is an upload window.
2. Horses that have raced will not be able to be deleted.
3. Horses that have ANY race nominations will not be able to be deleted.

I have no yet added any messaging to explain scenarios 2 & 3 but that can be done later.

Please note that this option completely removes a horse's data from TOM - including the horse file - so use it at your own risk!

That said, it is now available for testing. Also note that as there have been no races nor any noms, you can delete any of your current uploads.

I will try to get the edit horse function released in the next 24 hours and then will leave race-related functionality until the weekend.

Note that at present, I've toggled retirements off at present and it will remain off until I get some feedback that this is actually the case.

I have also been able to delete a horse without any problems and can confirm the stable size updated correctly on the View All Trainers page.

Thanks. If you could give me the name of the horse then i wouldn't mind checking that the file has been deleted on the server as well.

Have checked the horse repository. Golden Wrapper is not there but Frankenstein is. So all good in the hood by the looks of things.
