Mr Beaky: "In the way I have already asked; What is Menorah's intended target? Will he run at Cheltenham? Seems a big price for the Ryanair which would suggest he wont run in it"
Menorah goes for Ryanair then Aintree.

Menorah goes for Ryanair then Aintree. So 25/1 looks like a big price for the Ryanair? Thanks for the update.

These services with a decent following move markets on their own and often bookmakers cut horses without hardly laying a bet, once they know a certain tipping service has advised the horse. Stan James aren't even a real firm. They could be 1/7 or 100/1 and Id take no notice at all. But it does seem your info regarding the Cheltenham race was correct. Hope he wins well on Sunday for you and lines up in the Neptune as fav. Sunday's race is not weak should the intended runners be declared.

Alvisio Ville bubble has truly been burst, I have know idea where it came from because Nichols had the same form as him. Looking at his form of the flat good ground should be no problem to Canyon.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
Great to see Apache Stronghold finally win a big one, I think the better ground bought out some improvement in him though his jumping still needs improving. Will be interesting to see where they go with him, if the ground is faster at Cheltenham I'd like to see him go RSA route.

The Nicholas Canyon race was a farce. No bubbles burst there.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
No one was more shocked with that yesterday than Ruby himself he was stunned Alvisio Ville was bitterly disappointing Ruby said he expected him to fly past him late on but found nothing off the bridal really didn't show what he has been showing them at home he looks a chaser to me i think he has big potential but obviously very disappointed with that yesterday but that's racing He did fair better than some grade one winners but could be back to the drawing board with him.
Kalkir was another who disappointed but thought the winner looked very classy. was a poor day for the Mullins Machine
Also Loved the look of Coneygree what an attitude the horse has I think they would be mad to go for the gold cup RSA for me look after what is a huge talent with huge potential he has some engine just keeps giving love horses like that.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
Paul the race was run at a crawl, nothing to do with finding off the bridle IMO. The 2nd has done extremely well to finish that close being held up off a slow pace. The fav has little experience and he was too free, which i think was due to the slow pace, so probably did most of his running over the first mile. I'm not knocking the winner, he's smart, but that wasn't a true trial for the Neptune. If they line up I'll take Windsor and Al at the prices to beat Nicholas.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
Didn't champagne fever run poorly before going and winning at Cheltenham. Don't think you can write a horse off on the back of one run. Have to see what happens next time first but interesting alvisio ville homework is clearly far better than it showed yesterday

Re: Cheltenham 2015
I would imagine over the years that hundreds of horses have run badly, then gone on to win next time at Cheltenham. To write them off after not winning one race is crazy.
