Im not a massive follower of American Racing but slowely starting to get the hang of it. Just think i might have watched the winner of the Breeders Cup Sprint winning the group 3 Phoenix Stakes at Keeneland. Runhappy he's called. Only a 3yo but he was slowely away and showed good speed to get to the lead and saw it out gamely despite the saddle starting to slip. Already a group 1 winner and he just beat the breeders cup sprint winner of last year but quite impressive i thought. |
