Post Loyalty from Trainers.
First poor Dougie Costello loses the ride on Quiet Reflection which is a farce really considering he proved himself more than good enough on the big days winning Group 1s.

Then secondly Harry Bentley loses the ride for Limato, again winning group 1s on him and winning plenty around the world. Its just not right and trainers need to start showing more loyalty.

Then thirdly Gerard Mosse is riding for Jermey Noseda tonight at Ascot, is it that bad that he cant use a young based in England, he's having to fly one over..

Views people?

Is it the trainers though? Bentley said it was the owner of Limato and as they pay the money they can have whoever they want on their horses. If he thinks the horse should have been doing better maybe he is right. The proof will be in the pudding I suppose

Maybe the Bentley case wasnt the trainer but what else could he do. Wins the July Cup, The Foret proving he's more than good enough for the big day. Then goes to breeders cup and runs in the wrong race (Owners/Trainers fault) then again goes to Dubai runs on soft ground which didnt suit. Not jockeys but owners and trainers fault again.. Yes he pays the bills but a little loyalty for all the success he gave last year wouldnt go a miss.
As for the Costello case, thats definitly the trainers decision, Dougie rode the horse more than good enough last year and is jocked off. Its my understanding is, that hes not happy with the other horses, maybe the others arent very good s d have no chsnce.. Thanks, just my views.
