So folks Wings Of Eagles and Minding have been retired through injury, What a race Wings Of Eagles ran with a cracked bone yesterday and in all fairness probably would of won if he hadn't of gotten injured during the race, If only US Army Ranger could follow these 2 into retirement then that would be great because he no longer belongs on a racecourse and ratings tell anybody that!!!!

He's a Group 3 winner placed in a Derby there are horses running that are rated in the 40s but you pick Ranger as the one who
should retire he ran a cracker at Ascot I thought he had no chance of staying yes he has not lived up to his billing
but the talk of retirement is a complete overreaction TBH he could well turn out to be a decent cup horse in time or
even be a top class national hunt horse for Joey & JP but you rarely geld horses that placed in a Derby.

He is a horse on the decline who seems to have an issue with putting much effort into a race, It will most likely be the case that you will see maiden hurdle in the discription of an upcoming race of his in not the too far distant future

I don't think US Army Ranger would have the aptitude to jump 8+ flights of hurdles, personally.
