Actually got to watch four races live from Newmarket and Newbury late last night on free to air TV here in South Australia. I was too tired to wait up for the Dante but the thing I'd like to say is - what weak fields for a Saturday meeting. A Listed race with only three runners is not good. Hard to believe that no other trainers thought about picking up some prizemoney for 4th and 5th.
Was interesting seeing these tracks with mile long home straights.

And trainers love to complain about prizemoney

Hard to compare countries but that would not have happened on a Saturday meeting in Australia.
I also don't understand why England has such poor prize money. If they bumped up their prize money to match or better Australian purses, then you would have seen Winx and every other top class Aussie and Asian horse.

Brilliant hope you enjoyed it, will sure be different to Australia. Completely agree with the field sizes, i couldn't believe it when i saw here 3 runner fields. It wasn't like there was a superstar in the races so they didn't want to waste a handicap mark. Even more surprising for a track like Newmarket.

Updated Table

PeterS94 = £187 *
NPG319 = £63 *
PJRhodes1970 = £43.50 *
Pricey = £4 *
Ce_1004 = - £31*
Savio1978 = - 47.50*
NastyNass - 2 Winner / 13 Losers *

Hi All, a few things to note myself and CE 2015 uncured our 1st warning for missed races. Pricey got a penalty of - £10 for missed week. I know its tough to get every race that's why the penalty is small. There's just the 2 races saturday no midweek races. Races to be decided Thursday with links.

This table is subject to fully checking which ill be doing at the end of the month due to amount of time and work it takes.

Thanks PeterS94

Any problems let me know.
