Yeah go Apron or higher if you want the real deal, I was on the other side of the winners enclosure more in line with the winning post. I wouldn't go general admission as it is just a crush of locals which is great if you would enjoy that thing, but if you want nice food/drinks, bars out on the concourse in front of the seating and all the space you can roam with possibly a celebrity encounter (I managed to bump into Andrew Flintoff and got within a few metres of the sheikh mohammed himself!!) and possibly some very loud and outrageous aussie skirt! Then go apron, I'll have a look at my ticket when I get home but I think it was called a premier ticket and cost about £120 my dad's mate got it when he lived out there we didn't book through the website so I'll find out a bit more and get back to you! Tyson it was incredible, unrivalled by anything I've ever been too, if you ever get a horse good enough, take it there!!

Always a nice little meeting up there in the summer. Did you get the boat to the track?

What did you do when you worked for them? I've worked on the river for nearly 17 years now, down in London though. A crowd of of us took over that Wetherspoons in town after a meeting last year. Must of been at least 50. Cracking day out.
