If I have a very good horse rated 140 that wins lots of big G1 races, and that horse suddenly starts going downhill fast (rtg 127), what happens if I retire him to the breeding barn now?
Does the barn recognise that this was a top rated champion who won lots of big races or does it only recognise his current position and ignore his glorious history.
Thanks
