I can't seem to see the bars of gamebred stallions even when I have foals by them. If it was patched, what would be a good way of finding the best gamebred stallions?

You can only see the bars by going in via the offpring.

Click on the offspring, open up its green bars, then click on the sire, his green bars will come up.

You can view any horse's stats as long as it's alive if you're okay with semi-cheating (?).
