Post horse catagorys in yard would be good p.s how many horses ..
i currently have about 73 horses and get bout 40 2 year olds each year but i forget about some as they are all just listed by name, which mean some arent running up to there potential as i sell some and then they beat me in races :L:L
making catahorys or groups would be good.

p.s how many horses have u guys got in your yard?

To many 100 every year, trying to trim this down but i'm finding better horses every year so my barn is increasing all the time, not sure if this means my stable is good or really poor though lol.

Killa, if you don't mind me asking, but what season are you in mate?

Oh, I have 7 horses in my stables FameandGlory, and their always on strike mate, they don't run good, they smoke behind the stables, they drink boose, and they are always threatening me with the "Geneva Convention" order, and if they keep going the way they are, I'm buying each one of them a one way ticket to Iraq to join the Foriegn Legion after all they would fit in well over there seeing that they are all geldings thanks to my head lad, why what the heck, why I'm sending him with them too.

Not being funny but 40 2YO every year?????? That sounds a lot are you just breeding everything?? I only send to barn if my horses have at leat 3 G1 to there name else blood lines just dont cut it. If you have 40 G1 fillys that have won G1 then this is unbelievable.

i have about 25 group 1 mares varing from ages, but i also breed with group 1 mares from the game with my stallions, i win up to 24 million + a year. i jus enter all them into big prize money races. dont do handicaps. nearly all of them will win a group 1 in there lifetime and iam lucky to have some to 15+ group 1s.
one my gelding are still winning group 2s at age of 9 .. gonna race him until he dies.. my downside is that i get confused in them as they are all mixed up.. any mod can put them in groups??

Dont be jealous mate this is my 1 and only game and im only on year 2023!!! I have seen stupid figures of people playing 2144 l think by someone but l just concentrate on smalish yard and quality. I never have more than 50 horses in my yard and its very rare l race my horses over 4. If they have no group 1 wins at 4 l sell them no matter what. Not only does it help not having to find a race for average horse, l get to race against them and makes race fields better. If they have won 3 or more G1 at beginning of season as 4yo just send them to barn straight away and just concentrate on my 3yo and 2yo. Same with game horses to breed never use them unless they have 3 or more G1 but very rare l use them. Its only now season 2023 that im getting horses of this quality

Seasons 28 i think now, rushed a few just trying to get some talent for the league, have had time off work and had planned to use alot of that time to play in preperation but haven't managed a smuch as i would've liked.

I would rather less to be honest would save alot of time, but i am genuinely finding better every season, also with my sprinters gaining distance as they get older i'm having to keep topping up my sprinters pretty much every season.

How do you guy keep track with the training and declarations of 50+ horses?

For me I only try to keep enough horses that will fit on the screen without me scrolling down

With fitness mate as l play mostly for the league l use simple training mode but the way I work with decs is Igo to declaration screen and go through each horse and see if there is a race for them. I do this for every horse than after my last horse has run just repeat the process. As l say most of my horses run once a month and if 2 horses want same distance just rotate them in G1 races

I only bring in 12-15 2YO's each year. Everyone runs a 3YO campaign and only a select few that are headed to the barn run as 4YO's. Hopefully, quality over quantity will produce some good ones. Strange that some of my better ones come from the least likely pairings. I guess some horses are better at breeding than running in the game or ck. Time will tell.....still a lot of trialing to be done. :?
