Depends whose schedule it is and what files are in the download. Different people pack 'em different ways.

Doesn't have to be mine mate, whatever one you want. Different schedules are package slightly differently so the instructions change slightly which is why I ask.
Mine is relatively simple, inside the download you will get both a DATA and a GFX folder. Copy them, go to -
C:\Program Files\SO4
paste them into there and agree to over-write the existing data (yes to all)
