 Anyone had this?
Hey, nothign exciting just wondering if anyone had seen this before? I has a race with only 1 horse and to win it just had to complete. There was no betting as it was classed as a walk over. Ive only ever seen this once in real life, somewhere like stratford I think. But has anyone ever seen it in the game?

I saw a race over jumps with just one horse entered. Funnily enough, it fell about 2 from home and didn't complete the race!

I recently had a 0 entries race.I put all my 5 horses in regardless of there wanted distance and took all the prize money. Although I ended up losing money as i bet against the winner !

i bought my first horse today for £4500 as it was the only horse entered for a veterans chase. It got round and i got a modest £15,000. Profit at least!

If there was a race with just one horse entered, in real life or in SO4, you wouldn't see the horse jump any fences/hurdles, let alone fall at one, as they literally do just "walk over" the finishing line, hence the term 'walkover'. In the context of SO4, I had a horse which I used solely for picking up the winnings in walkover races, invariably these are condition races, and more prevalent in the first season for walkovers.

It may be the case in real life but in game, I have seen it. I saw that one horse was entered for a race over hurdles / fences so was interested in watching. As I had said before, and please believe I have absolutely no reason to lie, the horse failed to complete the race

What's not true? That I didn't see this happen with my own eyes?! I urge EVERYBODY to watch a one horse race over fences or hurdles to see if a horse falls.

I have written to mark about this the other week and he says it's suppose to happen as he called it something if my memory serves me right it's called "A walk over race" so it's normal not a bug.
