If you really are an innocent man disguised as a guilty one, then, as previously suggested, email Mark and I am sure he will do his best as he always does. If you don't email him, one wonders why as it is a legitimate gripe for anyone with a legitimate version. I still am inclined, on the weight of evidence, to believe you should have had a part in that movie with Johnny Depp in it about the carribean

Neves,you must not have read previous post about Daps having got it working. You seem very keen on accusing people of fraud, maybe your suspicions come from your own fraud or maybe not but I think you are going to turn newcomers away with your attitude.

Hello to you too Bill. Maybe you should've gone to specsavers, because, nowhere does it say he got it working. As for my suspicions coming from my own fraud, that is your opinion, and you're welcome to it, however far fetched it may be. I give the majority of newcomers a warm welcome if you bother to look, however, why the hell would anyone (but you) give a pirate a warm welcome? unless it is now policy to condone it? The only examples of the problems dap is having, that have been posted on this forum over the past few years, have been because the person in question was using a pirated version, and the game is designed to crash at the end of the first season if the copy is pirated. Now, forgive me for my cynicism, but, when someone comes on here complaining that their game crashes after the first season, every time, then, 2+2=4.

I for one do not condone pirating this great game. It is worth every penny that it costs, and probably more, and I am full of appreciation for Mark's work on this niche title, and all the people who contribute mods and advice.

it was just the way neves explained about crashes which made it look as though it was a pirate copy(somthing i understand nothing about)

Yeah I wasn't denying the evidence looked bad, and as I'd said, the only topics i could find around about the game crashing were to do with pirated copies so thats why I knew it didnt make sense!!

Just wanted to come on here and join the "community" and get involved in things around the place and was accused n made to feel pretty unwelcome! Now i've proven my complete innocence I am looking forward to getting involved and joining in the fun and games!

I shall unreservedly apologise, just be thankful the death penalty was abolished though and you were only incarcerated. Having said that, you purchased on the 20th and your first post was on the 22nd, by which time you had played a couple or few seasons where each time it crashed at the start of season 2, not bad going, and some long play hours there to get all those games in in 48 hours

Hello Dap. I'm also really sorry I didn't pick up on this sooner, I've been busy all weekend so haven't really been looking on the forums. However I read the thread this morning and the accusations are appalling and totally unfounded. Remember the phrase 'innocent until proven guilty'.

Don't PM Mark, I don't think he'll reply to this. He doesn't use the forums as often now us moderators are on here. Do use the support email address on the SO website and Mark will get back to you ASAP, he has always been very helpful if anyone has had any problems.
