If you race in an ordinary Maiden you get a proper rating.
No one is doubting high but 130 first time out? wtf. Clearly needs fixing.

Nice horse mate. Keep me posted on how he develops.

Agreed, unless it hacks up in a Nunthorpe or l'Abbeye, 130 is ridiculous first time out. 2yo ratings seem to be way inflated whatever race they run in which is a shame. 130 should be very hard to reach with any horse as it's the top rating available, it should be practically impossible for any 2yo to achieve that. Problem is apart from the above, they are regarded as a C2 race so will get over the top ratings because of that. If they can be dropped to C4, I think it would help the ratings because in my view, they are useful in the schedule as they give the foreign 2yo horses form they wouldn't otherwise have.

No Problem, made a mistake and missed the Breeders Cup but no big deal. Waited till he turned 4 before stepping up in trip and he did it well.
To be honest I`m just glad he trained on as so many good 2yo`s I`ve had turned out to be just decent, so this is probably the best ingame bred flat horse I`ve ever had including those in SO3.

I play on hard. Unbeaten horses should be a rarity and in my game they are.

Hard for me too stables near 100 i do have a few horses with straight wins though, 11 in my current year to be exact though i only race mine a few times a year i would have a few more too but not counting the ones that have lost in there 2yo season. most of mine have 3 races in there 3yo season 3/4 of the way through.

i train automatically, don't think i'd have the motivation to train each horse it probably would take forever though i have never tryed manual training so i'm not sure of the distances, i think most would say if you plan on playing in the league then stick to automatic.

I train automatically and it is the only way to play the game if you are playing it for league reasons.
In my opinion of course.

Is Irish racing that good ?
How come you went straight into a group 1 first race mate?
