really love how some of you have used pics as background instead of the pic of the turf with logo in it.
is it easy to do?
I'd love to put some pics up of really old aussie champs like Bernborough, Phar Lap, Tulloch etc

My Highest rated maiden winner.

I wondered why he had such a high mark.

I found out why because the first 3 finished in the top 4 in the following years derby. Must be the greatest maiden ever run at Catterick.

I've trained some pretty amazing horses in my career, but never have I ever trained a horse this good. This game bred demolished every field he faced, winning in wire to wire fashion. My first Arc winner and just a beast at 12 furlongs... except he has trouble turning right handed. Yep, at least according to my head lad and the jockey that rode him to his Arc win.
Then, I trialed him against my best horses ever at 12 furlongs... 6.5 length win, wire to wire. Wow.
And the name... maybe a good omen for American Pharoah, as his owner Ahmed Zayat goes by Jazz on Twitter.

What a fantastic horse, have u found many good gamebreds. In about 2 weeks when I've finished my breeding for my championship I'm going back to just racing gamebreds in my US game and I wondered do u get many good horses.

I've had some good game breds, but never this good. Most are G2 winners and maybe the chance G1, but never undefeated and this highly rated. My highest rated gamebred was 122. However, I have had many gamebreds that became champion sires, most of which become my foundation sire. There was a gamebred that someone else trained that this horse beat in the Breeders Cup Turf, and then went on to win all but 5 races (out of 20) in the next two years at 12f, mainly because Come On Jazz never raced past 5. He had max deterioration and so after one season, his potential dropped by a 1/4, so I retired him to the breeding shed. His first crop just came to racing age so I'm going to try them out today.

A training feat for the ages! I got a good looking game starter 3yo that I entered in a maiden race. He sweated up badly and then pulled up with injury. Out 7 weeks. I get him back to the races and promptly toss him into the Grade 1 Metropolitan Mile. He takes over in the stretch and draws away nicely. Trainer Obi Wan was last seen buying a round of drinks for all of New York City. 8)

I'm thinking I should've kept this one. Multiple group 2 winner at 12. This is her in the shed at 13.

Oh my. "Many Open", what a bad omen name for a brood mare. Let's hope she takes and doesn't stay open ... many.

If I had kept her I probably would've called her Options Empress.

I transfer in horses to breed with and then when they are done I breed my sire to as many mares in the breeding shed as I can get away with.

When the 2yo's hit the barn I usually end up selling 90% of them. Quite a few of those go on to be very good horses. It makes for great competition in game against the AI trainers because my castoffs have increased the competition massively compared to running against the game's usual new top horses.

Yeah, I hear you.

I'm not to that stage yet. I have 4 of the 5 barns up and running that I want. On the four running my breeding is starting but I have a really bloated barn since what I keep for breeding in only marginally better than what I cast off. I don't really want to run against them yet. I hang on to them until I see how the potential bar increases go, then do the final dump before breeding. Maybe in half a year I'll get where you are!
