Because I now only breed for the league, I never pay much attention to races in the main game, but because I was trying something new, (breeding my best 1m 4f stallion with 5f mares), I watched a few races to see how my new breed of horses were doing.
I have a mile horse that won the 2000 Guineas and the St James, I entered him in the Queen Elizabeth with this result.
I was quite surprised that Frankel was such short odds because my horse had beaten him in the Guineas and the St James and my horse was rated as an outsider. His pre-race odds started at 5\1 and moved out to 66\1
Looking at the respective handicap ratings of 137 and 125, I would have expected my horse to be favourite
The AI obviously has something built in to favour Legends in the game.
