Ok you may call me Capt Obvious but its taken me this long to discover this shortcut.
When allocating several horses to the same race using the "Decs" screen method is more efficient.
After you allocate the first horse to an event, select the next horse and the previous event is still selected.
Old Method:
Select horse
Filter distance
Scroll to event
Select event
Enter horse
Decs method:
Select horse
Enter horse
