Howdy

I was wondering just how bad quirks are and what sorts of things do they cause?
Is there such a thing as a good quirk?
I have just noticed the quirk bar at 25% in some of my latest foals thanks to a new stallion.
Should i stamp out that breeding line?

Cheers

Once I had a stubborn donkey with the stats of a wonder horse. He had a full potential and an almost full extra speed bars whereas the quirks bar was around 50%.

Luckily I won a group 2 race with him and the sound of the commentator saying "It's gonna be an upset" still echoes in my head.

I had to retire him at the age of 5 and sent him to the breeding barn. I had a few foals that had at least 25% of quirks bar. The rest with lower quirks bar could not even have reached to the level of their sire. I was hopeful to breed a star horse out of him though.

A main trait of quirks is refusing to start.
Personally I would avoid a quirk bar with any colour in it.

Ok thanks

I asked because i once had a horse that was "excitable" and when he wasnt sweating up badly or whatever he was an absolute bullet.

Cheers

For your single player game it's no big deal but if your aiming for the league then you don't want any quirks :)
