Post Is there a way to take over an AI horse?
I'm reloading my saved game a few hundreds times a day,
just hoping the wonder-horse at the top of my shortlist to
appear in auctions and I'm kinda tired of this. It's been
a few weeks that I've been doing the same but still
have not got nowhere.

Is there a third party software or a way that could be done
through hex-hacking to force the star horse into my farm?

Apparently you can Customise your game and set races to selling races or you could just selectively breed and down the track your horses will be better than the AI guns.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I didn't know that you could make changes in a saved game.
So what you mean by "customise" is "editing the files in 'Saves' folder
to set the next race of my targeted AI horse to a selling race", am I wrong?
If not, then how do I make that wonder-horse mine in a tricky way?

With a customise schedule you will probably have to start a new game.
Have you tagged this horse so you know when it runs? It will also notify you if it is going to be sold.
You might be able to get hold of it for one breeding season when it retires.
In your breeding barn, just above your list of horses there is a box you can click on that will allow you to access AI horses that have just retired. It will cost you to breed with these horses but if your AI beast is a stallion and you have some cash in the bank then you can breed it with all you mares.

A million thanks for your reply NPG319.

This is what I have been doing for weeks. I know the whole story.
I already have him in my "Followed Horses" list so if it happens to be entered in the auctions or be declared to a selling race, I will receive a mail.
I just don't want to sit back and wait for him go get retired and get sent to breeding by AI because it will only let me breed him for only one season. I want him forever.

I'm tired of doing the same thing over and over everyday;
Step 1. Open the game.
Step 2. Continue for a few months hoping to see that horse in auctions.
Step 3. Fail. Quit the game.
Step 4. Go back to step 1.

I was just asking a trickish way. Cheating, hacking, anything.

Sounds like you are investing alot of time into chasing this one horse.
When ever ive purchased a results based "wonder" horse from the auctions ive been disappointed with the result.
IMO non player owned horses tend to perform better than their stats suggest.
Ive sold donkeys at auctions that come back and start beating my better horses.
As NPG319 suggested, several quick seasons of selective breeding should produce a horse far better than any game bred.
