I had a problem with this too before I figured it out. If you have purchased the breeding barn and the stud barn your mares and stallions are stored in separate places and it took me a while to do the following. At the right side of mare is a greyed out red button, click on that. Your stallions will be mixed in with the gamebred stallions in the bottom of the screen. scroll down the stallions until you find yours and click on the greyed out red button on the right |
