I wish! Best thing to do on starting a game is make a list of the best jockeys.

The jockey's skills get randomised every time you start a game, so there's no where to edit them.

Even the highest-rated jocks still give horses shockingly bad rides. Never understand what the point in giving them ratings is if so many unattached 'bad' riders seem to top the winners and strike rate lists each season.

Jockeys are a bug bear of mine. They should come and go same as the horses so with new ones generated each season, all starting as apprentices and with notably different skill levels. Eg. The best jockeys ride most winners.

. Which leads me onto another massive issue - running out of apprentices!

Some of the jockey's that give bad rides when you book them have low obedience and honesty value but high skill. So they win because the other two aren't coming in the equation.

But yeah, I would like a clear distinguishable difference between 100% skill on a jockey and 30% skill. But not before it's part of the game that you get to control which jockey subs in for yours when yours is busy. Got one of the best jockeys (and most expensive!) in the game and he gets replaced with randoms who've never won a Group race or don't obey the jockey orders.
