What is a reasonable rate to charge owners at the beginning, my expenditure pw is £2,000?

A quirk to this mode is that you actually make money at the end of the season when you retire horses who you don't want. Best thing to do is start at the minimum and lose money which really is no big deal unless you want to bet and then keep building your stable every year. Takes time obv. The other alternative is to cheat of course is you don't want the long slog it can be
