Is it possible to breed an 80% mare to an 80% stallion and get an 85% offspring?

Not entirely sure but from experience I would have to put a 90% mate with an 80% stallion to get 85% potential.

I bred a 75% mare with an 80% stallion and got a 70 % foal.
