Within the Diary\Notes screen where can you actually put notes against each horse?

If you hover over a horse with your mouse and press 'n' on the keyboard a text field will show up. You can then write whatever you want in the text field. Once you have wriiten a note there will be small white sideways triangle next to the horse. If you hover over the horse now the note will be displayed
